We believe every follower of Jesus should belong to a local church and take ownership of that church. This includes serving, giving, and participating in biblical community.
Why Ownership?
Members have rights, Owners have responsibilities. As a member, your mindset is to be served: if something is broken, you tell the attendant and they fix it. However, that is not how Jesus teaches us to live if we’re following Him. In fact, He said of Himself:
“For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

It’s not about me!
As an owner at Real Life you have the responsibility to bring all your talents, expertise and gifts God has given you with eyes looking to serve others. It’s funny but true that when we are looking outward in service and taking this important step to walk as Jesus did, we find a full and abundant life!

How do you become an Owner?
At Real Life a couple of times a year we offer a vision and ownership luncheon after 2nd service where you can learn the vision and values of Real Life Church. We’ll explain the six values that we desire to grow in as we follow Jesus together: Experiencing, Belonging, Growing, Inviting, Serving and Celebrating and what we believe. Our leadership team will also share how the vision and values of our church are expressed through our various ministries so that together we help each generation find real life through a relationship with God and with each other!
